Living our lives according to God's laws isn't always going to be easy but it is always going to be a refuge from destruction. Think of a life lived according to God's principals as your shelter for the storms of life you don't even see. Have you ever gone to sleep at night and when you woke the next day it was clear that there had been a storm outside while you were sleeping? Your home and your bed were your refuge from that storm, you may not have even noticed it was there, but you sure could see the effects of it on the outside world the next day. Living our lives according to God's principals saves us from countless storms we never see. It isn't always going to be easy but you can bank on it beating the alternative.
